I contacted David for a rush job on a wedding topper after the original got damaged a week before the wedding. He was professional, easy to work with and kind. On top of that he had a new topper faster than I could have hoped for and the quality was amazing. BAF did not provide a lens for the uplight on their next gen fan. The unit looked unfinished from 2nd floor. Plastfab fabricated a lens that looked like it came with the unit for a reasonable price. Suggest you email your project then call during business hours. They turned this small project around in a few hours after discussing it with them.

We didn't end up with a polished CNC routed piece that I was hoping for, but it was because the composites material I gave them was too difficult to work with. He was not too happy with the result and was extremely generous not to charge me for it. Dave was very helpful in answering my questions and providing suggestions and alternatives. Because of this positive experience, I have to give him a 5-star review for customer service even though the final piece was not the quality I was looking for.
