Let me start off by saying, having an interlock is not ideal and I’d advise against drinking and driving at all costs. The reviews you read about the unit being junk is not the fault of Jackie, hector or the crew here. But I’m willing to bet most of the negative reviews here are from those people who decided to attempt to drink and drive while on the device. Jackie, hector and the rest of the crew at AZ Interlocks made what was essentially the worst mistake of my life a lot easier to navigate. Jackie is knowledgeable, caring and understanding. She especially knew how stressful having this device is and knew what to say and how to say it when I would call her 5 times a week for my first couple weeks when I would get false positives or the unit was malfunctioning. Yes, the unit would malfunction sometimes. They tell you not to leave it in your car during summer. It’s a sensitive piece of technology. But these guys know how to get you through it. I can’t thank them enough. I highly recommend them if you’re ever in the situation. Thank you AZ interlocks team for all your help through this.

My partner needed an interlock and Jackie helped us over the phone and in person on multiple occasions to familiarize us with the prices/process/how to get started. Got an install the next week by one of her techs who was equally as helpful and explained the do’s and dont’s very clearly. Getting an interlock sucks but it sucks significantly less when you have people who are knowledgeable AND kind helping you.

From day one till the end this company was great, as far as the interlock solo, I've had some strange things happen, but it's technology, I was charged for failures even though there was zero BAC, so ultimately in my mind over charged, but I have no comparison, so it is what it is. I made the choice to drive after drinking, but Jackie and Hector were awesome to work with, and Angel was quick to get me on my way out when my time was done

If you ever do find yourself in the situation of getting a DUI, it is a chore every step of the way. Except with Arizona Interlocks, everyone is professional, friendly and helpful. They always have time to answer your questions and help out on you during your hard time. I’ve had friends with DUIs and their devices drained their car batteries. Not with AZ Interlocks devices. Went home for Christmas twice for over a week and my car started right up. They are a local and family owned business, couldn’t be happier with my decision to go with them.

Arizona interlocks scottsdale is courteous, efficient, and overall makes the process of having an IID installed and maintained seamless and stress free. Jackie is such a wonderful person with a warm, inviting personality and is an absolute delight to speak with. Manny is professional, understanding, and also wonderful to work with. Overall, the experience of having an IID is not great for many reasons, however, these people make the experience so effortless and treat everyone with dignity and respect. Highly recommend if you ever find yourself having to get an IID. Thank you for what you guys do!

Jackie, Manny & Angel are awesome! Having an IID BLOWS (no pun intended lol), but these 3 have made the process as pain-free as possible.
Jackie especially has been great every step of the way from installation, switching vehicles, and all the obstacles I have faced. And there have been obsticles!! (Sorry Jackie)
