I’ve had a 550 for 20 years and it needed some worn parts replaced. Called the help line and ended up up sending it in. They turned it around quick, and it is basically a brand new machine. Their customer service and warranty is the best.

Dillon Precision has always kept up high standards & has a lifetime warranty!
Recently, I had an issue with a product purchased, and brought it into the shop. They, listened to me explaining the issue, and afterwards, they immediately took it into the back to begin fixing the issue. I left it with them as they would contact me when the product was fixed. With such service & warranty of their products, I will remain a loyal customer and spend my money with them.

NOTE: They are going through a personnel transition, so wait times are longer than normal, but hands down the best company and product in the market...in my opinion.

It might be possible to match the level of customer service that you get from Dillon Precision, but there simply is no way to do it better. The firearms industry is pretty famous for a high standard of customer support, and even in that business environment, Dillon is a standout. When things go well, you'll love your machines from them. When things go poorly, they'll quickly be remedied and you'll be back in action. Don't hesitate, you won't be disappointed.

Dillon Precision has some of the best customer service of any company I've ever dealt with. They do business in a way that nobody else does anymore, and offer first class products. I cannot say enough good things about this company.

Isn’t it sad that in today’s modern age that I’m genuinely shocked when I receive above average customer service. Imagine what that feels like when you run into the best company and customer service I’ve ever seen joking aside I can confirm what everybody else has been talking about in the reviews and it is they produce amazing quality and the top-tier customer service, Tony upfront is amazing really nice knowledgeable guy. I called them on a Friday afternoon 45 minutes till close. I said I’d be there before. Rush hour…. I called them right at 4:00. Asked if they were still there? Told them I wasn’t too far away. They said we know your coming. We’ll be here waiting when you get here. I got the dies I needed for the weekend matches.. I’m very impressed and thankful having the opportunity to deal with good,
