Purchased roll of permanent adhesive vinyl used in inkjet printer. Printed a small test sample of 42"x33" and applied to flat surface for use in indoor signage and it fell off wall next day. Called and asked for refund. I was refused the refund because description of product does not specifically say it can be used on walls. Usage on a wall is an application for indoor signage. What a joke this company is. Do not do business with them.

Your product description is as follows “Print bright, colorful photos for your indoor and outdoor signage, POS signage, and opaque window graphics.” Notice indoor signage or POS signage or window graphics. They are not exclusive. Indoor signage is an acceptable usage. You description does not specify it will not work on walls. Please refund.

Update! 8/2/21: They've improved their packaging by 100% and I am impressed!! It's sturdy, not taped together and is an overall a solid case for plotter paper to ship in. Thank you for listening!

Great prices! Quality products! Terrible packaging! Every time I place an order for plotter paper, the case arrives to me tattered and barely hanging together with tape! No damage to the paper, but man....the case (box) it ships in is beat to hell upon arrival.

RESPONSE UPDATE: The inability to work with your customers does in fact make you horrid & UNHELPFUL. I made it crystal clear that this rush order, you took a full day to respond to me and when you did so the information you provided was useless and irrelevant and a waste of everyone's time. When I was finally able to place an order you took a further day to get around to telling me you wouldn't send to ANY of the addresses I provided you with. That is multiple days wasted on what was supposed to be a rush order. No worries though. Plotter Paper Direct had no problem shipping to me immediately AND at a lower price. So yea. Comparatively, your company is horrid and unhelpful.

Absolutely horrid & unhelpful company. I asked if it was possible to expedite a shipment which they took hours to look into & then told me no. Fine. I'll place the order and hope it arrives on time. So I do. At the end of business hours the following day I receive a call informing me that they do not ship to PO boxes. Fine. Here is an alternative address where I am personally in residence. Nope. Won't ship there either. "We'll just cancel the order".

I ordered products. I received half of my order. The company did everything correct in shipping them yet I still did not receive them. I am out money, product and time. Despite how poor the conversation went I would not have left a review. At the end of it, I'm laughing at how we could get this heated over paper and make a joke about what a roller coaster of emotion this is and the sharp comment by the son of the owner was very insulting. Despite everything, I believe these are good people running a good business who made a bad call in my case. I strongly suggest purchasing from Paper Rolls N-More and not to let my review sway you.
