Thanks to the helpful staff at the Scottsdale Kohler store, who patiently advised us on bathroom and kitchen fixtures for our mid-century modern home renovation. We appreciated the practical and design advice as well as the great selection at the showroom. It’s so much easier to make good choices when you have knowledgeable sales staff helping and you can see the actual fixtures, instead of trying to guess whether something pictured on a website will actually fit in your home.

We are remodeling our whole house and wanted high end fixtures along with a new free standing tub. We went into the Kohler store in Scottsdale and felt incredibly lucky to have been helped by Cheyenne Davis. She has been beyond helpful. I had a lot of questions, and she returned all my texts immediately. She went above and beyond to help me through the whole process. I would recommend this store and this salesperson to anyone and everyone.

Quite literally the BEST customer service experience I’ve had in years. Ask for David immediately- he’s a genius and helped us think of everything we were forgetting for measuring, fixtures, tub orientation and more. We were clueless and have left there with everything we needed to know and order with lead times, specs and tile ideas. David- done! You are amazing.

When updating our kitchen, we replaced a 2-basin sink for a single. We sprung for the Preserve Undermount and absolutely LOVE it. It doesn't scratch and there are no spots when it dries. It's 2 years old and still looks amazing. Well worth the price! Kaitlyn was so knowledgeable with the products and helped us choose just the right sink for us.

I am remodeling my bathroom down to the studs and drilling through the concrete to move shower plumbing. Kohler shower options are numerous and I needed guidance as to my options. When I went to Scottsdale Kohler Signature store Linda Carroll assisted me. Her knowledge of the product, experience and her follow up is amazing. Wonderful service. Dealing with Kohler 1800 or online was brutal. Especially over Black Friday week. I’m glad Cheyenne stepped in and handled my order making my life much easier and day much better
