Marcel is absolutely phenomenal! If there is a question I have had or information I have needed he goes above and beyond to provide the answer and explain in detail. . Marcell at the store was phenomenal. I brought my classic car in as it had severe water spots. He had me bring it back in their garage with great lighting. He used clay bar, then compound with buffer, then polish, and then ceramic to finish on a 12" piece so I could see how to do it and how it would look. After 12 hours at home, it came out perfect! Great service.

It’s not brain surgery to go onto Google and update your hours if you’re gonna be closed on Memorial Day. Most if not all retail establishments are open on Memorial Day. It’s a big retail day. I drove all the way up from Arcadia to talk to you guys and buy some product and what a complete waste of time. I’ll attach a picture showing that you were Google page says you’re open teach someone how to use it.

Ordered twice, both times missing items from shipments, one had a damaged item. Connor with customer service returned my emails after a few days. Said they would make my order right. Love the products! Just ordered a mystery bucket, hopefully it will be cool.

Stopped by on Friday to see about some products to make my detailing easier for me. Bought to much stuff boy the BOGO was a perfect help. The staff was very helpful with recommendations and I can only say they were spot on. The last time my truck looked this good was when I paid to have it professionally detailed. Great product and staff!
