This is a great dealership. Kenny G is persuasive without being too pushy and Alonzo was the most helpful and friendly salesman I’ve encountered during the last grueling two weeks I’ve spent car shopping. I got a great deal on a great car, financing was easy, and they went out of their way to make the process easy by providing transportation for me since I already sold my previous car. I am definitely going to stick with this dealership when it’s time to upgrade my car again in the future. I appreciate not feeling disrespected or talked down to, which is what often ends up happening when car shopping. Other dealerships should take a lesson.

My salesperson Max was great!!! I got the car for the price I wanted and he was there every step of the way (the guy needs a raise, he works his butt off). They don’t accept outside financing which I was skeptical of at first because I never experienced a dealership that didn’t. But they assured me that they could meet or beat my credit union rate. Johnny one of the finance managers was able to beat it by over 1% and gave me a good deal on a service contract.

Juan went above and beyond to help me with getting new tires and my windshield replaced! Price matched my other tire quote from Discount Tire and even beat their price! Made drop off and pick up easy with my work schedule and provided a loaner vehicle so I could continue on with my day! Juan is great to work with!

Find another infinity dealership. Service here is not what you deserve. We paid a lot of money for the new QX80 Autograph and after the sale was closed they could care less about us. I contacted the Sales Manager of this Dealership and the Service Manager and left several messages for both and they wouldn't call me back to talk about the problems we were having. I've now found another dealership and they are getting the car fixed. It's been in the shop for over a week and these guys acted like we were crazy that something was wrong. Last car I will ever buy from here. If you want Luxury go with Lincoln or Cadillac. This was not a luxury experience. This is a Nissan with a fancy emblem. Also, I should have checked the BBB. Wasn't surprised to see a C-
