Hats off to Nick and the rest of the crew at AZ Custom Hats and Apparel.We were short on time to get some shirts produced and wanted to use a local business rather than go online. Nick was extremely helpful and patient as we sorted through the shirt options available to us, laid out the timeline very clearly for us, and then (most importantly) delivered on time!
I get the impression that this is a small business dedicated to delivering excellent products and service to every customer that comes through their doors. Ours was a relatively small order on a tight schedule, but it was still a priority for Nick. As a small fish in a great big world, I really appreciate getting the same service that big businesses would get somewhere else.
Oh... and on top of it all, the shirts turned out EXACTLY as we were hoping.

Had two Veteran hats made for my father who served in the British Army. He only had an old embroidered jacket patch to work from. AZ Custom hats was able to take that patch and recreate it to make him two amazing hats. My father was so happy to get them. Can’t thank Amber and her team for making this happen. 🤩

I contacted AZ custom hats and apparel to have some custom masks made for my car club. The entire process was done over email as I am out of state, and it was a really pleasant experience overall. They submitted multiple renditions of my design to see which version I liked. I ended up going with one of the designs they provided over the original design I had done.

Shipping was very fast and I received my product within the week it was shipped. Product quality was great, and didn’t have any weird fumes that I have gotten from new masks online.

I have already recommended to a few local people, and I would definitely do business again.

Purchased some new hats for our company and couldn't be happier with pricing and quality. I sent them the design we wanted, within 24 hours they sent me back I design of what it would look like when completed. It's hard to find some old school quality people. The owners that run this place take extreme ownership on their product. It's not like some of these other print companies that hire minimum wage workers to answer their phones and put your orders in. They are absolutely professional, they send you an exact digital replica of what they are going to make you with pricing and invoicing up front. You know what you're paying for and they complete it in quick time frame. Going forward we will only use AZ Custom Hats and Apparel

I have worked with Jay several times things like company embroidery on shirts to golf tournament give away shirts and they have great pricing and always come through as promised :).
