This shop was very helpful from the point of rental to purchase of the skis. They even assisted with a refund due to a delay in our trip with a simple phone call. They followed up to confirm and made every step of the process seamless. Although I bought my skis and won’t need rentals anymore I will definitely recommend them to others for future business.

My partner called to see if they had chains that fit our tires and they said they did. We went and got them. They gave us the wrong ones for our tires. It was hitting the suspension on the car and the chain flew off. We went back to see what could be done and the owner did not want to give a refund or take responsibility. I would get it if it was mess up on our end but they looked at their “book” and supposedly gave us the right chains for our car, it was a mess up on their end.

I used this company for 2 years. The first year was great. The second year they ruined my driveway by plowing when there was probably not enough snow to plow or the person operating the equipment was not experienced. My whole driveway is scratched with plow marks. They said it is stated in the contract that their equipment can scratch up the driveway. They didn't seem to care. If they know their equipment can ruin a driveway then why offer the service is my question. Only a $10,000 dollar mistake on my part I guess. I would go with someone else.

They are amazing! exceptional customer service! we had a in issue with our equipment once we were at the summit, we called them and they came immediately. Really appreciated that a lot! People, please try thorough your boots, walk a bit to make sure they fit well 😀 !
