Making reservations was easy for paddle boards. However upon arrival the equipment is in very poor condition. The area you are allowed to paddle in is very tiny. This was not disclosed upon making the reservation. The Boulder Bay area is very crowded, the water level is tremendously low and there is an overgrowth of plants and algae. It was not worth the time or money to paddle board here with this company.

Horrible experience. My black family was told they were sold out but the white family behind us in line got rentals. We went to cabins 4 less and got with no problem. We do not recommend this place. They don't even have a diverse staff.
