Bryan's place is exactly as described and more. You can walk to the lake, the Jacuzzi is always nice and hot, and the cabin is close to everything that Big Bear has to offer. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, plenty of plates, bowls, etc. We even baked a cake. The shower is also nice and hot.

We really enjoyed our stay at this comfortable, clean, modern home. Located in a beautiful neighborhood, minutes away from the Village, and walking distance to the lake. The house is very comfortable. Communication with the host is easy and prompt. Great stay!

Absolutely nothing but the best experience for the kids & I. The cabin was amazingly beautiful and clean. Super spacious for everyone . Last& not least I want to mention that every time I had a question/ concern, host would always responded right away and always with a positive response. We had a great experience renting a cabin with Big Bear Experiences! Bryan was very helpful and communicative during our stay. The house was beautiful, clean, comfortable and walking distance from The Village. It was also dog friendly, fenced in and had a great hot tub. Would definitely stay there again!

Let’s me start of by saying that this cabin needs lots of work done, it should not be allowed to be rented until repaired. You do not get a good welcoming feeling, front door was full of dirt and leaves and spiderwebs. The bottom and top deck was full of spider webs there was spider nest which made huge spiders come inside the house a bit scary specially if you have kids or if you’re afraid of spiders and I’m not talking small spider, we found some in the living room, kitchen and in 2 in the bedrooms. The deck is in really bad shape, lots of wholes on the wood deck covered by mats or umbrella base, there’s parts of the deck where you would step on and felt the wood crack down, not safe at all. So unfortunate because the view this cabin has is beautiful. The screen door doesn’t lock and it’s ripped, most of the curtain strings are damage or just won’t open or close, the top master bathroom light to the toilet was not working. Dishwasher door slams down when you try to open it, dining table is all messed up from the middle section, it has a lot of wear and tear. The pool table was broken so we weren’t able to play, ping pong table had no net. The master bedroom sheets smelled horrible as if they have not been washed, most of the doors don’t lock like the bedrooms and restroom doors. If you plan to stay at this cabin and plan to cook bring your own pots the ones available at the cabin are old and beat up. I’m giving this cabin a 1 star overall just because the location is great and honestly it has a great view.

We reserved this home for a mini family get away and it was everything and more. The host checked in to make sure we were okay. The instructions before and after our stay were clear and easy! The place was clean, spacious and close to snow summit. But the cherry on top is that it's pet friendly! Thank you for having us. We will definitely book again!

Our family had an amazing time at Big Bear Experience! The cabin we stayed in was not only beautifully clean but also perfectly located. We were just minutes away from all the local attractions, making it easy to enjoy everything Big Bear has to offer.

The cabin itself was cozy and well-appointed, providing all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved spending our evenings by the fireplace and enjoying the stunning views from the deck.

Overall, our stay at Big Bear Experience was fantastic! We created wonderful memories and can't wait to return. Highly recommend it for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway!
