Had a rushed and mediocre experience with an Asian lady by the name “Maria” although very hospitable it came with a hidden agenda.
It felt like she gave me a handfuls of candy then asked for a review on Yelp And Google.
She was comfortable enough to take control of my phone and rate herself 5 stars.
Maria should’ve been more gentle on my ears that she twisted, and arm/armpit area where she rubbed down on bone which was extremely uncomfortable.
She had No Intuitive Common Sense, *however she did manage to release neck and spine tension* by cracking my spine.

My boyfriend had a session with the male masseuse,

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I don’t often leave bad reviews but I hope others do not waste money at this place. While their website looks professional, the service provided was far from that.

My boyfriend and I wanted a relaxing couples massage as he’s never had a massage before and we thought this would be a fun treat on our Big bear get away. They played the same 8 second loop of music with a pause then replay for the first 10 minutes of them massage. Multiple text message dings came though which they stopped the massage to tend to. Took phone calls while we were in the room. They had a customer walk in which both therapists stepped out to talk to then they came back a few minutes later and made fun of him while beginning our massage again. My boyfriend had to tell the lady 4 times that he wanted lighter pressure and she still continued without changing. He left sore for days and very uncomfortable as she went over the same spots for an excessive amount of time. He was flipped over half way thorough, I wasn’t which was weird and unusual. My lady was coughing and sniffling from her nose as she was sick.

This place prefers cash and told us that we need to tip them each $20, which is when I put my foot down and gave them $10 each, which I believe they didn’t deserve because the service provided was horrible (when they actually were tending to us!!)

Fantastic. Great message! Best I have ever had! When I first walked in I was impressed with how clean and new everything was. Really appreciated the friendliness of my message therapist was. She was very knowledgeable and I walked out feeling sooooo much better. This is the place you go to if you want a deep hard pressure message!

Just had a massage at Aromatic Massage Spa and she did an amazing job. I had asked for an intense massage since I was long overdue for a massage and she did just that. I already feel great and il be coming back when I’m back in town. Highly recommend!

Went for a couples massage here today, and experienced several items of concern from start to finish:

- despite booking a couple’s massage, we were told at the door that there was only one massage therapist available since it was after hours. Our massage was booked to start at 7 PM which I noted was later than the closing time listed on Google, but at the time of booking I confirmed that there would be two massage therapists available for a couples massage—the single worker looked confused and said this was a mistake from the booking side.
-prior to the massage, the therapist neglected to ask if there were any injured areas to avoid/any areas of focus for the session.
-the massage therapist answered her phone and replied to texts multiple times during the massage, which is extremely unprofessional.
-the massage itself was very uncomfortable, resulting in increased back soreness.
-the massage therapist kept coughing without covering her mouth during the massage.

Overall, a very disappointing—even horrifying—experience. Would not recommend despite the significantly cheaper price compared to other massage spas in town.

Got the shoulder and back massage from their worker Linda. Got all of my aches, pains and knots out. Mood and day improved. Wonderful
This was only my second massage ever, and I have to say, Linda set the bar high. It was exactly what I needed. Not only did she target all the right spots, but her calming presence and skillful techniques left me feeling completely rejuvenated. I walked out of there feeling like a brand new person, and it really set the tone for the rest of the week. Can’t wait to book another session soon! Deep tissue massage is really good. It can open up the nodules in the neck, shoulders, and waist. You will feel relaxed in about 7 days. But the premise is that you have to be able to endure the pain during the massage. Otherwise, don't ask for a strong massage. I hope to help more people relieve pain.

We have a group went there for massage after work meeting, they did great job, very relaxed, everyone was happy after the Swedish massage we ordered. Reasonable prices worth it. Highly recommended.
