They need to be more committed to their customers.They do not deliver the materials on time, they do not notify when the order is placed and there are missing products, and we have to check the invoices in case we were charged for products that were not available.

BradyIFS recently acquired the previous janitorial company that I had been doing business with for over 20 years (Cole Supply) During that 20 year span, Cole supply was always extremely attentive to my needs. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about BradyIFS.

To date I have left numerous messages to the accounting department (2-3x), the ordering desk (called 3x), the account manager (2x), and the sales manager (1x), to no avail.

I called the accounting department and ultimately gave up after trying to get clarification for a payment that was sent but not reflected as received on my invoice (no returned calls).

When I tried to order product (3x), I keep getting told by Marlena that there is no one to take my call, and someone will call back.
In addition, when I left a message for my account manager Cliff to voice my concerns, there was no response.

It is truly unfortunate that BradyIFS does not value my business. Their customer service is non-existent, nothing like what was provided by Cole Supply. I am dismayed by my entire experience. As a business professional, with 36+ years of experience, I would caution others against using BradyIFS for their janitorial supply needs.

Receivers are rude. No signage saying delivery times and rude "you're 2 hours late".
