The staff are really nice and helpful all the time. The only issue is the wait time for photo processing. They used to process film in 2-3 days, but now it takes more than a week.

Love the set up and the options! As a new person using film, it was a real nice set up. However, I didn’t like that I was talked in a snarky way. The first time coming here my sister and I were helped by a nice dude in a beanie, usually at the front. Super chill guy! The last time I came, I was helped by an older dude who compared to the chill one was not too helpful.
Being really new to this, the chill guy went step by step with us and gave us explanation. The older guy was just making sarcastic-like comments which just made my anxiety worsen.
It really is a cool place!! I just wish I hadn’t been treated like I was supposed to be full-known of these processes.

This place is absolute quality in so many ways. I used to use Pro Photo Connection to print my photos, for recreational purposes. It was always such great quality print and paper. I moved a little far from the shop and tried other print shops but didn't find the same quality as I did with this photo shop. So even with the drive, I still print all my photos from this shop.

A couple days before Christmas, I needed a special photo printed for one of my gifts. I made a mistake on the order and was very sad to not have the picture I needed for the gift with only two days before Christmas. I could've resorted to another photo shop but I couldn't get over the difference in quality. On top of that, I wasn't planning on going back to Irvine for a while. John was so kind to offer to print the photo first thing in the morning and ship it to me immediately, in hopes that it would get to me before Christmas. And it did! I received a well protected package with my photo the day before Christmas. John went above and beyond to make sure I got what I was looking for. And the print, as always, was such great quality.

I've used Pro Photo for a few years for film processing since they're local, and I prefer to drop off and pick up my film physically. They've always been just OK for this purpose, and the customer experience has always been mildly negative. However, the convenience of having access to a local lab has outweighed these issues. Until most recently, I was getting some film processed for one of my clients, and they lost the roll. They returned the correct number of rolls, but one wasn't mine; it belonged to someone else. I urged them to try to fix the issue for months, but every time I called, one month later, two months later, three months later, and four months later, I keep getting the same useless response: "We're working on it." My client is upset, I'm upset, and all they could do was ignore me and string me along whenever I reached out. I never received my roll, never received a refund, and never even received any acknowledgment that they made a mistake. The convenience is no longer worth the steep price for just mediocre film processing, atrocious customer service, and negligence in the lab. If you're looking for other options, I've been using Memphis Film Lab for a few months now and they're doing a better job all around.

This place was amazing! They enlarged my photo in a day which was earlier than the date they gave, with smiles on their face and a great attitude. I will recommend everyone to go here moving forward. And… there is a framing place next door with sweet people there as well. It was a win win win situation and I appreciate them so much!!!! A++++
