I came with my son today to have fix a chain that was broke, I went to another place before but honestly it was way too pricey and it will take a week for them to order the part and fix it. And so we came to Treasures Custom Jewelers and I was running out off options, A very nice lady took a look at the broken part, she literally fix it right away and the price was unbelievable 100 times less. She was so nice with my son and kind in her words. 💯 GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE I’m definitely coming back for anything I need to purchase or fix 😇🙏😇🙏😇🙏

Treasures KILLED it with our wedding bands and engagement ring! My husband designed my engagement ring as the cost of where we were looking was a little too pricy for his liking and he was able to get my ring made by Scott for right under what he wanted to pay! My family has been coming here for years and have gotten rings and other jewelry designed by them- this is definitely a place that can be trusted with our jewelry, family owned too. I also purchased my wedding bands here and they beautifully soldered them and had my ring dipped and polished for the big day! Men’s rings are reasonable priced too. I will be coming here in the future for any jewelry needs- Scott and Jessica are amazing and customer service has never been lacking here!

My Fiancé and I got our engagement rings here, and we could not be happier. I worked closely with Jessica to design my ring, and it turned out utterly perfect. She is so friendly, talented, and accommodating and it was a pleasure to work with her. She made the ring of my dreams come to life! The process was so easy and customizable: I told her what I wanted and showed her inspiration pictures, and she hand drew four different ideas for a ring. Once I approved them, she made a wax model that I could try on with the gemstones, and a digital rendering so I could see it. Then, once I approved that, she made the actual ring! I love that you can try on the dimensions and see what the ring will look like before you approve the final design, and she was super accommodating with the changes I wanted. The ring turned out more gorgeous than I imagined, I can't stop looking at my hand! She helped me pick out a ring for my Fiancé as well. If you want a stunning ring, as well as an amazing customer service experience, work with Jessica, you won't regret it. I will treasure my ring forever!

Recently, I needed my Tanzanite wedding ring reset and the 5.69ct gem repaired due to damage done by another jeweler. We had always used Treasures for our jewelry needs, but last year we moved, so I gave another jeweler a chance...not good!
Treasures repaired the gem beautifully and set the 6 prongs in the claw style I originally asked for. It was so exquisite 😍 The pics are of my rings all together ❤️

TLDR; It took FOUR attempts to complete a simple upgrade properly. Quoted 7-10 day turnaround time but ultimately took 24 days. Quoted $150, final cost was actually $176. This place is dishonest and has poor craftsmanship.

Came in for a simple hardware upgrade on my gold chain (change from circle clasp to lobster claw) and was quoted $150 with a lead time of 7-10 days. I requested that they return my original hardware upon pick up.

Attempt 1: they "misplaced" my hardware and told me only one person knew where it would be and she wasn't in, so I would have to come back later.

Attempt 2: they called a few days later, said they found my hardware so I went back and while inspecting my necklace I realized my pendant had been installed backwards. There was no way to flip it right side out without removing the new hardware so I had to leave it for another week. They told me they would have the jeweler remove hardware, flip the pendant right side out, and then resolder hardware back in place.

Attempt 3: to my surprise, they called the next day. While I was inspecting the new work I noticed that they hadn't done what they promised, instead they lazily pinched the hardware with pliers leaving it banged up and misshapen so they could slip the pendant off! It looked horrible and for $150 I definitely was not accepting this. While discussing with the salesperson, the owner overheard and inserted himself into the situation. He was too worried about defending his ego and crappy work rather than making it right. First he tried to tell me it wasn't misshapen and it's supposed to be oval. Then I showed him how the hardware ring was buckled and twisted from a side profile view, wouldn't lay flat, and was no longer symmetrical, and he got defensive and mentioned no less than 3 times that they're "an award winning jeweler". This was really infuriating and tone deaf.

Attempt 4: FINALLY they seem to have fulfilled their end of the agreement and reinstalled a new ring but at a final cost of $176! I was beyond disappointed with the owner's attitude, the jeweler's craftsmanship, the price, and overall lack of finesse of this place. The only redeeming quality is that the rest of the staff was very kind, but not enough to overcome the rest of the shortfalls.

First of all I cannot say enough about this amazing store and the owners. If you enjoy "cookie cutter" designs with no originality good for you- I DO NOT which is why this is the only Jeweler I will ever use.

My family has heirloom gems that we are gifting to my daughter as a graduation gift. My daughter is very artistic and had a vision in her mind of the perfect piece of jewelry. We sat down with Scott and she started sharing her thoughts with a design that would incorporate dragons, bunnies, her astrological sign and other creative concepts she was considering. WOW - Scott understood her completely, he did not chastise her, tell her it was not something he could do, or even begin to laugh. This man encouraged my daughter to share her vision and showed her pictures and drawings of creative concepts that came to mind while listening to her explanation. They have a wide selection of premade jewelry as well as an extensive selection of stones for custom pieces. We used Treasures to custom design our wedding rings (Montana Sapphire and Star Ruby) and could not be happier with how they turned out.
