I have always found the staff helpful. A trick to know is: when you are getting something mailed to your street address, also put your PO box number after it. That way you will always get your mail. Thanks

I hate to leave USPS a bad review when I know they're doing their best but... they literally sent my package to the FROM address instead of the TO address. So now I'm going to have to reship it to get it where it needs to go, and it'll have to be a belated birthday present. Also pretty sure these hours are in MDT not MST. I showed up at 4:30 PM MST and they were closed.

Rude and belligerent. To quote Anthony, the clerk that I spoke to; " I am only a clerk for USPS in the middle of 'BFE'...... nobody cares, this is an Postal Office in the middle of nowhere, on the border of Arizona and Utah."

I had asked about presenting a solution to solve the problem of packages being returned because of the lack of PO Box number. Any local has dealt with this problem and knows about it. They(USPS) already make us give them our street addresses to have a box number. But I guess making a system that pairs the street addresses to their respective P.O. boxs(again, they have already done it) so they know where the package belongs is too much against policy. The "Service" should be dropped from the name.

The manager was rude and not willing to listen or help me with a problem I had. She returned some packages that had my name on them because the sender forgot to put my box number on them. I agree it was heard but i think she could have given me my stuff and asked nicely for me to fix the problem.

This post office services several small surrounding communities. The culture is very diverse. With that said, they do a good job. They need USPS to give them more support with cultural and sensitivity training. I can only image the complexity of personalities these postal workers encounter on a daily basis.

For an Arizona State Postal Office it would be nice if they had their hours posted and what timezone they post them in so that I can stop showing up on Arizona time that I live in only to find out that the post office must run on utah time and I can wait another day to pick up my package

Someone in this post office took some religious books from me when I shipped them out. The box was received by the person I was sending them to and the books got replaced with books I have never seen before.
