I'm a manager here at Bear Country Ranch and I really like it here. Bear Country Ranch is a very nice place. Its very clean and well put together. The owners are very kind and easy to talk to. All the residents that live here are also very kind and sweet and everyone looks out for each other. We have around 8 places that are up for sale right now. So come check us out

This is a great park to call home up to 6 months of the year. I lived most of my life in Iowa so winter does not entice me. Several of these units are occupied year round. The park is well kept. Owners and managers are responsive to any needs. The other owners are really great people to call neighbors and friends. I enjoy the activities at the clubhouse.

Love spending my warm weather time in the middle of the cool clean air with Pine trees all around me. Clubhouse is very nice and always clean. Couldn't ask for better neighbors. Everyone living here are great people. The owners truly care bout the property and keep the whole property up beautifully. Loving the retirement life at Bear country ranch.

This place is awesome! It’s warm and welcoming as well as clean and modern. But what makes Bear Country truly amazing is the owners! They are incredible people. They go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable and hassle free. When I’m anywhere even close to the area Bear Country is the only place I’ll stay. I give Bear Country the highest recommendation!

This park WAS the best. Fair rates, taking care of the place, but now they just want to nickel and dime you to death. Everything keeps going up - price wise, while the owners continue to downgrade the amenities. They turn the entrance lights off early to save a few dollars, but risk their tenants missing the entrance or crashing into the ditch. Club is only open during the summer months, so if you need laundry done, it will have to be off site during the winter.
If you do not like the way they are running it, they are more than happy to tell you to leave and or they will make a dog park out of your area...no loss to them. Great Attitude ---NOT!!!!!!! Prices will continue to inch up until they either run everyone out or only keep the rich folks who can afford to waste their money for a little prestige.

My mom recently moved here from Queen Creek & absolutely loves the whispering pines, cooler temperatures, & peaceful charm combined with good vibes the park & it's residents emanate. She did say however, she wished more females lived there permanently, but it didn't stop her from purchasing a home there to live full time.

Clean and friendly 55+ park. They have some wonderful Park Models for sale and a great sense of community. You can live there year round or for the spring and summer.
