Brad and his team provided such an enriching experience! This was our first experience raising lambs with the intent of harvesting them for our family. So these lambs were raised as pets with love and care. Slaughter was quick and efficient with no suffering or trauma. Brad’s butchering was to our specifications (beautiful cuts) and vacuum packed, labeled for each lamb. My husband says he’s never tasted better lamb. Thank you Brad and Team for making this such a positive experience!

Great place to get beef and pork products and certain cuts of meat. If they don't have it readily available they can go in the back and get the cut of meat you need or want. If they are out you can special order.

Herber Valley Meats randomly liked a IG post of mine and I saw their IG and decided to stop by during my honeymoon in My honeymoon. The staff was so incredibly nice and even informed us of a fresh cow that came in and butchered us a few fresh steaks while we shopped. We stocked up on pork chops, different steaks, bones for the dogs, chorizo, ground meats, sausages…. Pretty much a little bit of everything. The prices were incredibly reasonable. But most importantly every item of meat we’ve eaten has been the BEST we have ever had!!!! This is a MUST try place to get all your meats!

Dillon & John showed up today with their mobile unit and took care of our 3 steers in 3 hours from start to finish. They were quick, professional and answered our questions with their knowledge and experience. This is the 2nd time we've used them and are pleased with each encounter.

These guys are amazing and so is the meat. Im a private chef and own a deli in town and we try to only use these guys for all our meat needs. Really easy to work with, friendly and fun staff. They always have something unique to cook up as well. What an asset to the Heber valley. You should only get your meat from here.

Dropped off a beef, approx 1200lbs ended at 606 hanging weight. Divided into 1-1/2, 2-1/4. In the half ended up with 167#,s of meat (55%).we filled out cut sheets prior to cut. Didn’t follow anything we put on the sheets. Ended up with very little roasts, steaks, stew meat and over 80#s of burger…which we specifically said we wanted the least of. Not happy to say the least. will not personally use them again. Have a feeling some of my cow ended up in their counter. Hope you guys enjoy the nice grain fed beef.

The absolute best butcher I've ever used. The quality of their meats is excellent. Their service is fantastic, and when possible will cut whatever size you want (including a "Fred Flintstone" style bone-in whatever). My only complaint is that they sometimes sell out too early in the week. :-). I almost hate writing this because I don't want more people to take all of their inventory before I get there! 😉
