They really shouldn’t have employees posting Holocaust denial content on public social media pages. When these employees literally list the business name on their profiles while parroting that stuff it isn’t a good look for their company.

The absolute worst place i have ever worked

No one in the office or management has any idea what they are doing, the company keeps losing government contracts, and their only solution is shipping out bad parts and saying they are good or firing any staff member that doesn't “act like a team player”

Sorry i don't stamp and buy off job that are trash and don't meet the quality requirement's.

The company is currently struggle to make money and pay its employees
Its also struggling to be sold and might have to shut down…

FMI is unfortunately going down… the attention to detail isn’t there, the quality isn’t there, management has no idea what they are doing especially the quality department the machine shop is just as much a mess and embarrassment, I don’t understand how they could be mass producing parts and never be able to produce one good part, the worst part is the company knows the parts are bad and try to force employees to moving the parts towards.
The company unfortunately is on its last days unfortunately I don’t think they will stay afloat with the quality of work they are providing.
It’s seem like the company does not care about quality and is just trying to ship parts good or bad just to make money to stay in business. I feel bad for who ever is going to buy or invest in this company..

If you a truck driver and waiting to unloading . Good luck receiving hours from 6:30 they will not start until 8:00 . And when you finally got in , they will have a 20 min break after one pick
