I read a lot of negative reviews but my experience was exceptionally positive. They had what I needed and everyone, especially Tristan, were very nice and helpful. I'd say people complained because of poor planning on their part. Not the fault of Matlock. I will definitely go back there.

My first experiences were disappointing. I did have some positive interactions with this company. Not enough to retain them.

Communication is inconsistent. Billing is a nightmare. They can't even be sure when they might come collect their own equipment.

Do yourself a favor, and choose a different company.

I'd give one less star if I could.
Office staff are disorganized, causing unnecessary costs to consumers and making scheduling for delivery and services practically impossible. Bills are incomprehensible and staff are unhelpful in figuring them out. Switched to AmeriGas and I'm much happier.
Edit to add: I've tried to schedule them to pick up their equipment and they haven't, now they're billing me for the "rental"

Never had any problems with them. Just be sure to give them a call before you run out of propane because they dont always show up the next day.

This is the worst propane company. I live in Oracle, AZ. I've had service with them for 11 yrs. The last yr and a half the service has been horrible! Almost ran out of propane in the mid if a snow storm this yr. Wouldn't recommend this company!

Horrible customer service they do not respond well to questions or concerns, do not have timely deliveries on anything, will come when you are not home even if you have previously negotiated a different day and informed them that you would not be there on previously said day..... Any numbers quoted may as well be written in disappearing ink
