I placed an online order for a garage keypad replacement, but shortly after, I realized the issue with the original keypad was just a dead battery, so the replacement was no longer necessary. I replied to the order confirmation email, only to find it was a "no-reply" address. I then tried calling Mastercraft's phone number but couldn't reach anyone. I found another number on their website, but it led to the same automated system, which took me through a series of options that ultimately got me nowhere. I called that number again, only to encounter the same dead-end response. When I turned to their website, all contact options led me to a chatbot, which was as unhelpful as the phone system. I reviewed their terms and conditions and found their return policy, but didn't bother reading it fully. In the end, they successfully sold me a part I didn’t need, and there was no way to return it or get a refund. Genius business model!

I bought a new Chamberlain garage door opener that didn’t work right out of the box. They sent a replacement part, and it still doesn’t work completely. Now I need to either just accept the faulty opener or figure out how to file a claim! Ugh! Not sure what is going on with Chamberlain, but I am super disappointed with the lack of customer support..

I'm delighted with this company's product and customer service. I have a garage door opener that is 10 years old and the belt needed replacing. This is the 1st time this opener has required any attention. I called my local authorized dealer to buy the part. They gave me the company's phone and suggested I give them a call because the part could be under warranty. It was and Chamberlain promptly shipped me a new part.

If you ever doubted customer service was alive and well in America look no further than Ashley Lawrence at Chamberlain. How does 2.5 hrs of telephone guidance sound. How does follow up calls to make sure your completely satisfied sound. How about a great personality and sense of humor mixed with humility. Having been in upper management I know how difficult it is to recruit and train and retain valued employees. Chamberlain, don't let this lady get away!!!!

Ordered a small part. Company shipped via UPS and then USPS. They don't track the UPS number, only the USPS number. Took 40 minutes to get that answered by customer service. Customer Service supervisor won't speak to customers. They're too busy to care I guess. I should have read the reviews about their MyQ before ordering one. Next door opener is anyone but Chamberlain/LiftMaster. They did credit back the shipping but too little too late for this customer service deprived company.
