Worst customer service skills I've ever encountered. Daniel was an awesome guy over the phone, but everyone there chose to not tell me anything, didn't ask any questions, and failed to mention that I wouldn't get my computer worked on for 3 or 4 days. They said it would be a few hours for it to get done. The prices they quote are through the roof. Try data doctors, Alpine, or medix. Do not support people as rude as these.

This is the WORST WORST WORST WORST Computer repair place you will ever go to. Not only is it highly unreliable and highly unprofessional place to take your computer, laptop, tablet, or anything you have. You want quality and you want speedy service in the most best way possible. You want to trust them with your broken devices and be assured everything will be ok. Well this isn’t the place to find that. The employees are rude, clueless, uncomfortably awkward, unable to perform the most simplest task of sending an email to the customers as per the customers request. A simple snap, email, and send. That’s it.
A service is done? Send an email. Call. Send smoke signals. ANYTHING!! Don’t just go ghost. It doesn’t take WEEKS to send a simple email. It doesn’t take a genius. It doesn’t take Einstein. But it seems it takes an army to get them to understand that the customer values time and commitment more than anything.

Do not come to Computer Guys USA. DO NOT go there. Less you value your money and time.

When speaking to them over the phone, they were incredibly helpful. However, when I came into the store for a seemingly easy fix, they were rude, condescending, and didn't even resolve the issue. They said they fixed it, but when I got home and started up my browser, it continued to not work properly.

I have used the service of the Computer Guy's USA several times over the past years, both the Payson and Flagstaff Stores. The have been helpful by recommending the best action for me and proficient in the work they have done. Best of all they are HONEST. I highly recommend them for your computer purchases or service.

The guy was super helpful over the phone, but getting ahold of someone in the actual store is a difficult task. The number on the door is different than the number online.

I made an appointment for a day the store was closed, but nobody showed up. Hence my low review (also couldn't contact anybody, because the store was closed).

New management has definitely turned this store around. Had a laptop with a completely shattered screen fixed within the week for quite cheap.

Whoever answers their phone is clueless. They know nothing about computers and cannot even tell you if somone will call you back same day.

Update: It's 4 days later and I've never received a return call.

I have always had wonderful help from this shop but for the past 2 weeks I have attempted to get someone to call me back regarding my account. I have left 6 messages with the answering service but no call back
