Terrible customer service. You aren’t able to speak to an actual person for Flagstaff servicing. I’ve had a missed pickup for almost a week now and trash overflowing. There is no way to resolve it online and I keep calling the customer service #, but it says they are closed (for the last 5 days). I call the other AZ area WM centers and they say they can’t help me. Definitely looking into switching to a different company. So disappointed.

Your billing department SUCKS!!! Once you changed the billing where you pay extra if using a credit card, the SAME DAY, I set my billing to be taken from my checking account. And YES canceled billing from my credit card! Since, even after contacting billing, my billing is SCREWED UP!!!! I had issues at the beginning of signing up with WM. Once that got resolved, I thought that was the end of billing trouble, BUT NO, HERE WE GO AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Tried dealing through e-mail "chat", but the computer won't even give me a spot to type my problem!! WM SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try to find another company for your waste needs!!! If I could give ZERO stars I would! Their customer service is horrific! If you love being on the phone for hours listening to the same background music/dialog then this is the company for you!

When I enrolled with WM I had several calls making sure I had everything set up to inform of my first pick up and provided the fees. Appeared very caring and wanted to make sure it all went smoothly.

**Moved to 5 stars due to recent, continued improvements. I had issues with pick-ups but everything is on track and pricing is fair. Thank you for getting things together WM.

Moved to 3 stars, from 1, marcus, customer service agent helped a lot**there response was not in response to this review, he just came through for me:
Always terrible...it all stems from poor customary service reps. tried to go from 4 yeard to 6 yard bin monthly service--they accidently changed it to on damand and not monthly--i got stuck with my trash and then they tried to charge me to come get it, when it shold have just been picked up for a monthly service--they gave a $700 bill after an $800 bill...a joke, avod them!!!

Would not recommend if you have another option. The rates have increased every quarter (billing cycle) for the last several quarters. The explanation I recieved from customer service (after a 45 minute wait) was "inflation" has increased our cost. Unfortunately my only other option is to take my trash to the dump myself.
