The day after my purchase, I installed cabinets and had two doors with minor damage, warranty wouldn’t cover because I installed handle pulls. (So my customer had nice cabinets for her company coming). So I have to buy new cabinet for the doors and waited over 45 minutes to pickup one cabinet. Very poor customer service.

After a year of having these cabinets in place they look like they've been there for 10 years. No matter what you do the drawers never stay in alignment. The self closing tracks close at different depths, the screws for the racks loosen and fall out from normal use. This is a kitchen for 2 adults but it looks like it's getting commercial use. They were cheap and delivered quickly when others had long lead times, but now I know why.

I was contacted before you reply here. Then a local installer was sent out to do what he could to fix them, but he pretty much confirmed the low quality of the hardware and inability to truly adjust them more than side to side. The back adjustment gets knocked out of alignment with the slightest touch, so they never stay adjusted. They also confirmed some of the faces are warped so no matter what the adjustment they won't line up. I'm just going to live with it. But I do appreciate the response and at least an attempt to fix them.

Do not buy these cabinets. Contractor talk us into these and we regret it. Floating hinges, cabinet drawers are constantly miss aligned. Company won’t sell you touch up paint without contract license. Cabinets were more affordable, but not worth the savings. Installed 2 years ago in kitchen during remodel and already want to replace them all.
