Man, I can't complain too much after spending 11 years there. Got a house and car that's paid for out of it. Advancement seems a little difficult. Pay isn't great. They have a certain batch of locals that get financial favor. Immigration and half-way houses fill their production pool. There's a ceiling unless you aren't part of the clique or a pretty girl. Take whatever meaning you want from that. I think that's just people.

Receiving is a joke on steel. They set appointments but if your on time you still wait and if your late you wait if your early you wait. Lead guy is lazy and hides and wont answer radio.
