I usually get drinks, decided to try their food bad idea, with all the food options around this location. Could of returned it but it's cheaper to keep it then doing all that driving.

If you’re going to work here you need to know your menu. Every other Starbucks knows a simple English Breakfast latte but this person had no idea what I was talking about and couldn’t hear anything we said in the drive thru.

I ordered my drinks, a drive thru way. The lady in charge of getting the order is laughing while I was saying my order and requesting for decaf. Then she called another guy to take my order. If there is a language barrier or different accent because I was not born and raised here, your server should not laugh at their customer. Her action was rude. Try to hire people with respect whoever their customer is. I guess I wont be coming back in this location.

Walked in and the baristas looked like they were running around short staffed I stood for about 5-10 min at the front register and not one person said I would be right with you. I understand that they are busy but not even an acknowledgment. I just turned around and left!

Not your usual, happy, have a nice day Starbucks. They seem to struggle with the easiest of orders. 80% of the time my drink is incorrect. This is an ‘in case of emergency’ only type of place to go.

Why does Starbucks take care of all their online customers and drive-through customers before they take care of their customers in the store? Being the only one in the store and took my time to get out of my car and go inside why am I being taken care of last?

I order a starbucks through the mobile app every other day at this location on my way to work. They atmosphere is terrible, I always order a head and When I arrived by drink is still not ready and I am still waiting anywhere between ten to twenty minutes longer.
The staff leave you at the counter. Even when you are trying to ask them about your drink. They just make you wait there for multiple minutes before they get back to the counter.
This location needs to do better.

By far this slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Nice that they’re open late but not if they don’t have enough staff. Going back to the Dutch Brothers down the street. Their line is always much longer than Starbucks, but at least it moves four times as fast.
