Kimball is one of a kind. I have a grinder pump but I called 2 other plumbers who couldn't help me before I called him. As soon as I told him my model number, he knew everything about my sewer pump. It was an 0.5 hp smaller pump but he came right over to service it. He was prompt, thorough, and he cared about my problem. He offered to come help me same day. He fixed my septic pump and now, hours later, the manhole is dry as a bone. Its not overflowing like it was before he came to troubleshoot it. I would rely on his expertise every time going forward. Thank you Kimball!!

I was pleased with the service I received. The owner took my call on a Saturday afternoon. I advised him that the alarm was sounding on the pump box. Even though I told him that he could wait to come on Monday, he decided to make the trip to my home to check out the problem anyways. My situation was essential to him, and for that reason, I am grateful that I found him. He went fast to work and completed the job quickly and with honesty.
