Knowledgable, detail-oriented, communicative, punctual, conscientious, and more!

Joe recently helped us out with an AC disconnect and full electrical panel replacement. Both components were failing and Joe fit us into his busy schedule before we experienced a catastrophic failure.

Knowledgable:
Joe’s knowledge of electrical systems is thorough. He explained in comprehensible detail the process for replacing the panel and ac disconnect and answered all my questions.

Detail-oriented:
Prior to each appointment, Joe ensured that he had all the information ahead of time to complete the job efficiently. He arrived early with all necessary tools and components to get everything set up to ensure that power would be restored as soon as possible (it was August, after all).

Communicative:
Joe handled the permitting process with the city for the new panel and kept me in the loop with updates at every stage. He patiently answered all my questions about my home’s electrical system in detail even though they were not the subject of the day’s project.

Punctual:
Joe was on time for his appointments and his estimates for permit timelines were accurate.

Conscientious:
Joe completes work one way: correctly. He does not cut corners, he is strictly by-the-book. While there is no shortage of electricians who know the right way of doing a job, Joe follows through.

We had Joe work on two projects for us. He quoted them accrately and thoroughly.

He showed up on time and did the work methodically, neatly and carefully. He's an expert at bending conduit - it's beautiful.

He finished on time.

He was patient when I asked questions.

He even had time to do a couple of extra repairs to our electric panel that were beyond the scope of the quote - only charging us for the parts that he used.

Joe has helped us twice now. First he helped me finish hanging up a chandelier that I messed up hanging. Some wires got exposed and were touching. Second time out he fixed our GFCI outlets that were tripping. He also did some research to why the hardwiring for the front doorbell was causing the doorbell to ring constantly when on. Joe is friendly, professional, and efficient! I would recommend Auxilium Electric to all friends and family!

We’ve used Auxilium Electric on two occasions. The first was the hottest day of the yesr when our A/C went out due to a bad breaker. Joe came here and fixed it in the evening. On the second occasion we lost power in the kitchen and Joe again took care of it quickly.He is our go to electrician from now on.
