This place gives us great service and keeps our car running in good condition. Their service is amazing too. We had a family emergency which prevented us from getting our car serviced. It was overdue. But Sun Devil managed to service our car in one day, without an appointment! Now that's personalized service that we greatly appreciated!

My visit to Sun Devil Auto in QC was my first. This was one of the best experiences I have had at an automotive shop. They contacted me the night before to confirm my car make/model to make sure they had everything for the oil change and warn me it may be a bit longer. Upon arrival, they were nothing but courteous, provided a coupon I did not have and offered me to wait in the lounge so I could work. Once done, they provided me with a detail of everything they checked and its status. I will definitely be going back!

Showed up first thing in the morning to pick up car after receiving email saying repairs were completed (2 days after estimated timeframe), but due to a miscommunication the biggest repair hadn’t been done. Manager assured me that it’d be done by the end of that day, and that he’d apply discounts because of the mixup. It was. They owned up to the mistake, and all repairs were done to my satisfaction. Hard to get companies to admit fault these days, let alone compensate for it. Well done, Sun Devil.

If you want things done right - don't go here. They don't know how to fix cars and are very unprofessional. Brought my car in because the coolant light on my BMW was displaying the coolant was low. The first time I brought it in they did a visual inspection and told me there was no fluid leak and the coolant level was fine. They told me in order to know for sure they would need too do a diagnostic test - said to bring it back if the problem persists. About a week and a half or so I brought it back because the problem continued. I left the car overnight so they could get to it first thing in the morning. I waited all day and then around 3:30 I called them and was told they looked at the car and that the cap was leaky. They weren't sure if they had a cap but that the guy would call me back to let me know. Just before close he called to let me know that the job was completed (car was ready)- they did a fluid flush, topped it off and that everything should be done (over $240+ for a new cap and a flush) - they said they didn't charge me for the diagnostic test. Sunday comes around (two days after the car was supposedly fixed) and the same issue pops up only now it comes on immediately (as opposed to earlier when it took a little time to appear). I bring the car back to the station (not happy that I have to miss work over the issue) and the person in the front (possibly manager) informed me the ca wasn't going to be looked at today. We went back and forth and he did a visual inspection of the coolant and told me to take it to BMW service. This guy was completely unprofessional and very unsympathetic about the situation. Definitely not someone who any organization wants representing them. I will not take my cars (we have three) there again. This experience left me feeling like I got scammed and as a customer I felt like it didn't matter to them.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I was down there visiting friends & only had a few days before I needed to drive home (1200 mi). When I dropped off my vehicle for front end vibration at high speeds, I told them I only had a few days left. As we were leaving, the guy at the counter quietly said We'll see about that. When I went to pick my vehicle up, the radio was BLARING, my a/c was cranked as low as it would go & on high, & ALL the vents were moved too. They told me that: Rear shocks are leaking, front lower control arm bushings are cracking & sagging. When I got back home, I took it to a local shop I trust to have it checked & they said that all of that was in good condition.

Got exactly the service I was expecting. Didn’t try to sell me any extras. Was very quick for an oil change. Car was ready well before promised. Everyone was very nice. Will go here again.

I had a good experience with Sun Devil auto at this location . I brought my 2012 Prius in to have it diagnosed for an issue that was a bit of a mystery ( electronics issue where car would not go into drive and was reporting a ‘hybrid system failure’ ).

For a reasonable price and timeline they diagnosed the issue.

I did not ask them to repair the issue since the dealer part was $1050 from Toyota vs $100 via Amazon and other retailers ( even less for used ). $1500 total with labor.

Since I don’t have $1000 to part with for this vehicle , a neighbor of mine does auto repair - he will do it, minus the warranty of course.

Thanks Sun devil auto for the great diag.
