Our refrigerator went out, we called and had an appointment the next day. Kyle came out and he seemed to really care about our situation. It looked like a mother board, the problem was the only mother board available was in New York. This was Friday before Veterans Day. They were able to get the part on the following Friday and Monday they came out and replaced.
You cannot expect a company to carry everything to repair every appliance in the US. They did an amazing job of keeping us informed and got our parts asap. Kyle was great to work with. This is a small almost family ran business that does get work.
We will use again and have referred our friends. Give them a try, I think you you be very satisfied

Mike is extremely knowledgeable and has fixed several of our appliances, and was very helpful in giving advice about which washing machine would be the best fit for us to when ours died. Wow! Amazing experience all around! We flew to Phoenix for Thanksgiving and brought limited clothes. The Wednesday before Thanksgiving my Mom’s washing machine froze with the door locked thus no way for us to get our clothes out! I was panicked since I was certain that I would not find anyone to service the washer before we had to fly out Saturday morning. I saw the great reviews on Google so called and actually had someone answer the phone. I explained my situation fully expecting to be told there was no way to get someone out given the holiday week. After a brief pause I was told they had someone in the area and were willing to “squeeze” us in to hopefully at least get the door open so I could get our clothes out. Mike showed up and told us the water pump broke, by fate, he had the part on his truck. He was able to get our clothes out and fix the washer!!!! During casual conversation I had briefly mentioned some other struggles that my 84 year parents were having with their appliances. After finishing the Washer issue, he asked if he could take a quick look at the fridge and see if it might be a quick fix!!! I was a bit in shock knowing he was on a very tight schedule. He knew right what the issue was and worked very creatively to fix it with things that were on his truck. I honestly have never had a service company actually listen to my personal situation and work so hard to help us out! If they hadn’t had compassion and “squeezed” us in, we probably wouldn’t have had any clothes to wear and the clothes we had would have been stuck in the washer long after we would have had to fly home. Then to voluntarily offer to help my parents with their fridge that would not close/seal was amazing. Wish I could call them and have them fix my appliances in Colorado! They are amazing!

Our washer stopped heating and we suspected it was the heating element. I called East Valley Super Techs and they sent Kyle out to replace it within 3 hours of making the initial call! Kyle was professional, knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. He even checked to make sure my washing machine was ok as well. We will absolutely be using this company for all of our future appliance maintenance/repair. 10/10!

We had an issue with our washer. East Valley Super Techs answered their phone and set up an appointment for the next day. Kyle was our tech who fixed the problem in a few minutes. He also gave me some tips for the future. We are very grateful. In these times of terrible customer service from so many companies, East Valley Super Techs went over and above in their service. They repair most appliances and we will most definitely call them again in the future!
