Jason and his team are THE BEST IN QUEEN CREEK. If you are looking for reasonable prices and a honest shop, look no further.. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. I had to get two tires replaced and he went above and beyond to make the process convenient and easy. He made accommodations to get the tires I needed delivered to his location. They do not try to upsell , which I truly appreciate. I live in Coolidge and usually go to the location in CG and they’re awesome there too . Whoever does the hiring for this company does a great job! Your staff is great, especially management! 10/10

From the start, Big Brand Tire & Service has been one of the best websites when shopping for tires. It was by far the most transparent on prices, showing both the cost of the tires and the cost of installation without going to separate pages or pressing additional buttons. Compared to three 4 other major competitors in the area, none are as transparent. This matters a lot because the tire cost wasn't always the cheapest comparatively, but the total out-the-door cost absolutely was.

Additionally, Big Brand Tire & Service was the only company that could not only source the right-sized tires the same day but also had available appointments to complete the work the same day! Now, our tire size of 255,40R20 plays a factor here and may also be the reason you don't have as many issues with other major competitors. For us, though, 3 days were the earliest other companies were offering to get the right-sized tires (not even our top pick in the right size) and install them. One of the competitors was even saying it would be 5-10 business days before the tires could even be sourced.

I scheduled my appointment with Big Brand Tire & Service at 0730 in the morning for 1615 that afternoon. They had the tires swapped and alignment done with us on our way just before 1800 that evening. Additionally, we asked to keep the back two tires that were on our vehicle and that they just put them in the back, and they did. Top-notch for transparency, timing, commitment, service, and delivery!

The team at the Power Rd location has taken good care of me. I just had them do a Mercedes-Benz for me and replace old runflat tires. They just took care of my Yukon and what I like best is they do what they say and finish on schedule… It’s a non-nonsense shop and the guys are all very knowledgeable. Decided to go here based on a friend's recommendation. Great to work with from the get go. They hade set up for an appointment the following day but I contacted them and they quickly got me in a day early. Once there, I was met with great customer service. Front office staff didn't bs me or try to sell me anything. They gave me a real time estimate and promised they would do the best they could to get to my vehicle as they were a little backed up. Well they got to my truck and put four tires on it way faster than anticipated. Very happy with the customer service, time, and attention to detail with their job performance.
