Stopped by Kabat's to shop for some spray paint and a few miscellaneous items. I accepted John M's offer to help me. He showed me the available products and discussed performance. He told me he was a newer employee. He was easy to talk to and eager to help. Whenever I go there I will ask for help or just say hi. I would rate him a 5 out of 5.

This store was awesome. Eddie and JoAnne were very helpful as they went above and beyond. I needed a special nut for my Harley Davidson Ace did not have it so Eddie called a buddy he delivered me a nut to the store and didn't charge me a dime. I shook their hands and thank them both so much. Beat people I have met here in Phoenix area.

This is the closest Hardware store for miles. It's not massive but has the majority of little house hold items a person would need. It's also small and friendly which is always a bonus when needed a hand with something. We were able to find the Air filters we need to change out for winter and all is well. With the receipt I was able to return the one filter because it was the incorrect size. The process was simple and easy. We will be back to do some more shopping for some small household tools and supplies.

Seems like a really nice place, went to get key duplicated, everyone was super nice. It only took a couple minutes. The inside of the store looked like it was well maintained, a very pleasant experience overall

This Ace is much cleaner, organized, helpful and not as cluttered as the other Ace in Queen Creek. And, they had the products I needed in stock. Steven was so helpful - great customer service!

Boy oh boy oh boy!!! I’ve been to so many different hardware/ industrial supplies stores. I can honestly say none of them compete with this San Tan Valley Ace Hardware.! The customer service at this location go to the moon and back when it comes to customer needs. I don’t think there’s been one time that I’ve walked into this store and not even 10 steps in do I go without being asked if I need help! I LOVE IT. People here actually enjoy their job and really enjoy helping you as a customer and as a person. So genuine at this Ace Hardware and some of the hardest working class I’ve seen!!! The store always looks on point not a speck on the ground, not an item out of place, and every employee always with a smile on the face! Ace Hardware you guys have my business forever moving forward!!! Great product so much variety with the help to get what you need and find what you need! 5 big stars to my local Ace Hardware inside and out!
