Do not do curbside pickup. I was sick but needed to pick up some fabric and didn’t want to have to go into the store. Waited outside for a little over half an hour. Checked in on the web, called, and my order still didn’t get brought out. Ended up having to go in the store to get it where it was sitting right behind the front counter- 10 feet from the door, on a day that wasn’t busy ?

Extremely unhelpful. Had an issue with my online pick up order and the although the store shows in stock the worker would not help me find it and said if she can’t see it when she looks she just cancels the order because she doesn’t have time to open the boxes in the back. Extremely frustrating when trying to get items I need to make items for my business.

That is the most unorganized store I have ever been in. They have boxes in every isle blocking your from even moving around in the store. I went back twice thinking maybe they just need a few days to get shipment moved around. No, just a hot mess!

Even though it was a sale day there was still plenty of items. My only complaint was that there was only one person working on fabric cutting...so it was a long wait!

Friendly and helpful staff. Was there to pick-up Cricut items ordered online. Online ordering was easy, received and email when items were ready for pick-up. Curbside pickup was easy breezy.

They have everything you need and are well stocked with inventory. But the places is very dirty. Go get a pattern out of the drawer and you'll see what I mean. They're caked in dirt and I'm not even sure how older folks or disabilities would be able to grab patterns out of those bottom drawers.

This store is not a good representation of the Joann Fabrics brand at all. The store where I moved from was clean, bright and the workers were helpful and friendly. I will go out of my way to go to Michaels in Gilbert rather than here. Looked dirty and cashier was not friendly at all. In fact, this store doesn't epitomize Queen Creek either.

I am soooooooooo excited right now... I’m going to create a GREEN SCREEN from $16 of fabric my wife just bought. Actually, she will be the one making it cause I have no idea how to create a tight stitch. Hopefully, fingers crossed, the seem won’t show up and this will work and save us from having to buy a $100+ green screen for videos. Oh yeah, this was half off with being BLACK FRIDAY. 🙂
