Literally so easy. Terminal four parking. Go up to the 7th floor for an easy spot. Take the elevator down to the 3rd floor. Walk down until you get to Gate B, and find the Dunkin’ Donuts.

I was in an out in 5 minutes, and they took me early!

I came here for a FAST card interview. It was very easy to find with GPS and the similar instructions they give you on the CBP website. Be 100% sure to print out the confirmation you get on the website - the guard at the entrance and reception in the building will both check it. If you don’t have it, you might as well not have an appointment because they will turn you away. It’s also helpful because it has directions for how to get there in case your phone service, like mine, cuts out in the desert.

Once in, you sit in a small waiting room, watching repetitive videos about the SENTRI program (what most people are here for). I showed up about 20 minutes early at the guard shack, waited 10 to go in (long line at reception) and about 15 in the waiting room. Despite starting a little late, the interview itself was FAST (no pun intended). The officer who interviewed me was very professional. He verified the information on my application, took my picture and fingerprints, and verified my new employer information. That was it. He said my application will be further processed and I should receive my card soon. Quick and easy, if only the drive to Arizona wasn’t so far.

We had our Sentri interview appointment at this office. We had it schedule for different times but officer was able to interview us together since my daughter is a minor. Interview was very fast and the Border patrol officer was nice. We did not had any problems. I do suggest you take all documents you used when you filled up the application. I wasn't asked for everything but my husband had his interview at another office and he was asked to show proof of employment plus his other documents.

They make the process of being interviewed for a Sentri Pass as easy as possible. The guard at the gate was very friendly and welcoming. The man at the entry to the building was very friendly too. The interview took about 10 min total for both of us. The only thing that was weird was how far away the payment office was from the interview room. Anyway, for a government process, it was as simple as possible.
