My appt was at 12pm on Saturday but showed up at 7am and Jimmy at shipping handled everything extremely professional and put me in a dock immediately. In minutes he was loading my werner trailer and I was out in 1 hr. Only 2 docks for shipping and 4 for receiving.

Quick in and out in about 1.5 hours from the time I checked in, door was assigned and checked out. Austin in the shipping/receiving office was very helpful. Will do this load again hands down.
