You should be able to give an exact quote for a brake change on a specific vehicle, with or without rotors, without making me come in for an inspection. I understand that things might come up during service. Rep said she couldn't do that unless I bring the car in. I should be able to call around and compare prices without having to get my vehicle inspected by every shop. This was my first call due to a free tire repair they did a while back. Now, I'll just have to remember that it's all they are good for.

LIAR! LIAR!! LIAR!!!

Salesman told me there was 1" of steel showing thru my tires and that it was totally unsafe to drive my car home. I trusted him... BAD MISTAKE! $369 down the drain! 🙁

The tire actually had one little strip about 1/32"... DEFINITELY NOT 1" wide!!!

When I complained to the manager, Nathan, he scoffed at me and laughed.

I WILL NEVER TRUST THEM EVER AGAIN!!!

Firestone -Scheduled 9am appt arrived 8:45. Tech pulled the car in to bay at 1015 . 11am the say so sorry you need 4 tires even though the request was for 2. The 2 being replaced/rotated to back have at least 25k more tread. 11am Firestone then tells me the machine is broken and can't put my tires on.

11:34 ☆les Schaub is installing new tires...$70.00 cheaper!

Had an appointment for an alignment check. Front tires wearing poorly and I wanted to find the cause of this and fix the problem. They would not look at it claiming my tires were split. Mark also gave my attitude when I said I did not want tires because I can get them elsewhere for cheaper. Sorry working at a tire shop is super stressful Mark, but no need to give customers attitude because you are lazy. Took car home, tie rod ends were bad. Fixed everything myself for probably a 10th of the cost. Was willing to pay for the work because of time. Complained on a survey and the manager has yet to call me back. Don’t bother calling me at this point. I would rather take my car to an ali baba shop.

One of the worst experience. The tire needed patch and told me it’s 2 inch wide they can do nothing replace all tire. I towed my car to other location and checked by myself it was like a .20inch wide nail. They patched it and using it.

They wasted my time it was hot day. That’s normal patch for any car tire. Why do they lied to get new tires for $1400.

This is by far the cleanest and nicest tire repair shop I have been into. Years ago living in Redding, CA - Les Schwab was so hit or miss and moving to Sacramento I started going else where. Coming into this location was a fantastic experience from the beginning to the end. Got in quickly as I came in early and was greeted by Steve the GM. He grabbed my car keys, information and showed me some options for tires. Picked out some new rubber and got my alignment done as well. They also found a nail in my rear tire and patched it as well. Talk about great customer service. This place is so clean you could eat off the floor. Comfy chairs to sit and wait and no loud and annoying music or tv blaring. The bathrooms were spotless as well.
