I will never try and use this place for a loan ever again. I was trying to get a consolidation loan through them and they kept telling me I need a pay off letter from my car company I financed through. As soon as I finally received the pay off letter from my finance company it was the wrong document. They now are saying I need a totally different document that was never communicated with me. After speak with them today because I have been waiting for this wrong document to come it has taken up the time from when they originally ran my credit, they are telling they are going to have to run my credit again which something was also never communicated with me. The point of a consolidation loan is to improve your credit and help, but to them I guess it is more about ruining your credit. If I could give this place zero stars I would but it makes you select as least one star to leave a review. If I were you I would not use this place to take out a loan or for any of you banking needs. Definitely think twice before using this place.

Misty was fantastic! I have had quite a few experiences with loan officers in the past and Misty out shined all of them. Misty went over everything with me clearly and answered all of my questions with much patience. Also, I really enjoyed the personal touch she put forth. I didn't feel like just another " number".
