I am writing to express my disappointment in KDM property management, I do not recommend this property management company to anyone, if you are looking for honesty and also if you are looking to rent a property and want your application processed fairly. I have contacted KDM VIA E-mail and still have not received contact about regarding my concerns, It has been over a week. I have sent an email over to the property manger that I was in contact with also and still have not have any response. My application was processed incorrectly and not handled in the steps it should have been, I have never been guaranteed a property for rent and going through the application process and then being told my application was not approved after being approved. This is clearly disorganized, and property managers are not trained to deal with clients with respect and also with application process. Im definitely not the one that writes reviews, nor being any negativity to local businesses. This matter can happen to anyone. I wasted money on an application to be processed dishonestly and incorrectly.

Read KDM properties rental contract in its entirety. As a renter it will withhold the majority of your security deposit due to cleaning fees etc. Their policy on deposits is flawed. Recommend shopping for a better property management company that treats their customers with more respect!

KDM Property Management is a company you can trust to make sure you are taken care of! I rented a townhouse in Daleville, AL from 05/2022 to 09/2023.

There were some issues with the property when I moved in, but Teresa is amazing and made sure to respond promptly to have things fixed asap, despite her heavy clientele load - I also think she was working mostly alone until just before I moved out. Either way, she was a fantastic Property Manager and a true joy to work with!

I would highly, highly recommend you give KDM a chance to prove what they are made of and to take care of your housing needs while you are in the Wiregrass area! I've never had a more consistent, communicative, and trustworthy agent than Teresa 🙂
