EDIT IN RESPONSE TO YOUR COMMENT: lol i got my package same day i called you later on that day. no reward needed. i asked you simply does your company deliver to madison, al because my package said "out for delivery" and it was in birmingham, al. all you had to do was simply look up my tracking number to tell me this. instead you were RUDE and by your response I stand by my review.

I mailed and insured ($3000) a package via fedex and it was never received . After suing Global in small claims court I was awarded a judgement (3 weeks ago)for that amount against Global and he is refusing to pay this. Not a good place to ship any packages.

I’ve been here multiple times to return packages from Amazon, have mailed envelopes via priority mail, and have even had a copy of a key made, and every time I’ve been the staff is always very professional and courteous. It’s always easy and quick to walk in and get whatever I need done.

I just wanted to say that what you said in the photo is untrue bc I just got charged 50 cents for you to tape my one box. I already had my return label. Not that I care about paying 50 cents but the fact that you said I would not be charged a cent I had to go on here and say this. Otherwise it was easy and quick.
