I ordered a desk from Northridge Home. The package came half opened, and the Hardware was scattered all over the box, while some fell out during shipping. I called Customer service and explained the situation. They told me it would take up to 10 days to ship with proof of purchase. Do they really think I would call an 800 number, wait on hold for 10 minutes, and steal a handful of nuts and bolts? I told them I would return it to Costco, and they didn't seem to care. So, my next phone call is to Costco to file a complaint.

Purchased platform bedroom set through Costco. Very nice quality but really poor service. I wanted to give a lower score but the quality is definitely there. I moved from one state to another and when my stuff was delivered I was missing the corner bolts (8) and crescent inserts (4) needed to attach the rails to head and footboard. Proprietary parts - Costco kept trying but was told that they “may” get these beds back in stock in another 4-6 months and “may” get extra parts. I should check back then. They said these parts are in warranty inventory but since they were lost they couldn’t help me. I purchased the bed only 2 years ago. Costco said they could take the bed back and refund the money (love Costco!). I went that route and ordered a new bed (different manufacturer). I won’t order Northridge again since they don’t support/back their products. I did wind up finding the pieces wrapped up in a blanket!! Cancelled my order and return - keeping the bed but only because I know costco will make things right if I need further support.

Ordered a Northridge bed. Brackets were put on wrong. Customer service was able to get us the parts within a few days and the bed had been great since.

Happy with my king bed, got it a Costco and it was missing a a part, I call customer service and they provided me with an amazing customer service that surprised me. Only asked me for order number and part missing and send my part in 3 days.

Poorly made product. Less than 2 yrs after purchasing a queen size bed, the two legs under the bed were completely twisted, bent, and providing no support whatsoever. This bed is used by my 3 yr old granddaughter so weight is most definitely not the issue. Paid almost $650 for the bed. Spoke to Northridge and they offered no practical solution. Terrible customer service and product workmanship very lacking if they last less than 2 yrs. Will not rebuy from this manufacturer again.

Please be cautious with this company. Purchased a dining room table/chairs not even 6 months ago from costco. Once chair leg came defective from factory. Numerous calls and i'm told "We don't have parts, nothing we can do"

Funny thing is inside all the packaging there is so much marketing BS about how great this company is and how they strive to do everything to make you happy... until you need their help...

i've 'escalated' my case and we will see if they do anything further than a cold email back.

If I get any decent resolution than i'll adjust this Google review.

Bought a set of 4 dining chairs through the Costco site, when they arrived i found the packaging was really good everything was properly protected, the assembly was really easy and they feel really solid. I'm very happy with this purchase

But the recliner works only one day
I called the customer service but they says just return it to Costco and it’s very big size and now I need to pack it and return it to Costco
It’s very big headache
I don’t recommend this product very poor quality and very poor customer service
