This is the worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with hands down. They dont pick up the phone. They should just close . Nobody is in charge. They get something wrong ever single time and there is no accountability . I give it 5 negative stars.

Not even worth 1 star...but I doubt if they really care. After dropping off a prescription, they said will be ready after lunch, which would be 2 PM. Went back and stood on line for 21 minutes at 3:30 and then when they finally got to me they said "it's not ready yet". They then said they would expedite it and it would be another 20 minutes. Just left.

The two women today at the store checkout in the front are rude and unpleasant. If they smiled and said thank you I think their faces would crack. They are the first impression people get when they walk in the store and it’s not a good one.

The pharmacy staff is terribly abrupt and rude. I asked about whether or not they calibrate CVS brand blood pressure cuffs and I was shut down so quickly without any explanation or suggestions besides “get a new doctor” when I told them my doctor recommended asking them about recalibration. What a bad experience. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is because the rest of the store is clean and lovely. This left such a bad taste in my mouth, though.

Be sure you call this store before you pick up a prescription, especially if you are told it will be there by a certain date - twice I was told it would be there and twice it wasn’t.
