The Arkansas Suites team is awesome!! I needed a short term rental while in Little Rock for training, and Sean found me an amazing spot in Stiff Station; having lived in Little Rock previously, I knew my preferred areas to live (close to good coffee, restaurants, etc.) and Sean nailed it! From start to finish the process was seamless, and saved me time, money, and stress. All the paperwork was done virtually and I was set up for a door-to-door, no hassle move in. I can’t say enough good things about Arkansas Suites. If/when I come back through, they’ll be my go to. Thanks for everything!

During my move to Arkansas from out of State I was introduced to Cathy Tuggle president of Apartment Hunters and Arkansas Suites. What an absolute delight. Cathy was so welcoming and spent many hours driving me around Little Rock to look at all the apartment rental options that fitted my search criteria. We landed upon the Fitzroy Promenade in one of her fully furnished corporate apartments. Sean Bass then took over operations which began with the move in process and it was effortless. Sean was so attentive to my needs and extremely responsive to texts, phone calls and emails. They provide a first class white glove service and for that reason I wouldn’t recommend those in my situation looking any further than Apartment Hunters and Arkansas suites. It’s been a wonderful experience as I move into my fourth month here.

We sold our house in Conway and were moving to Little Rock. The market was limited so we needed temporary housing while we continued our home search. Arkansas Suites came to our rescue. The apartment came fully furnished with everything we needed as all of our belongings were in storage. The staff was amazing and a true life saver!!! Cathy Tuggle and her crew are so accommodating and wonderful to work with! We had an immediate issue and needed temporary housing and she came up with a solution quickly and provided us a furnished apartment, and even provided a workspace for me when she learned I worked from home. And then they went above and beyond when we needed further housing past our original move-out day and provided us another property. Very nice furnishings in both places. Can’t say enough about how great they are!

I needed a fully furnished apartment for a six month stay in Rogers. I was given the number for Arkansas Suites and connected with Sean. Sean has provided the best customer service I have ever had. My phone calls and texts were always answered quickly and he continually provided me with updates to events happening in the building, whether it was maintenance or social. I will definitely use Arkansas Suites again.
