I’ve been to this facility and the experience was extremely frustrating. Drivers often get stuck here for 5+ hours or more just waiting to get loaded. The process is painfully slow and it ends up ruining your log book.

📌 Major Issues:

Loading/unloading takes forever – no urgency at all.

No compensation for wasted time.

Staff is unprofessional and doesn’t give clear updates.

It’s common for drivers to be held up here for 8+ hours.

This facility shows no respect for a trucker’s time. If you’re coming here, expect major delays and wasted hours.

👉 Advice to fellow drivers: Avoid this place if possible, or be ready to lose an entire day.

First time here been here 10 minutes and have seen every driver have trouble getting in the docks. Because there's empty trailers and empty racks all over the place.
I have been here now since 11am. It's 618. I finally got a door at about 500.
No movement in my trailer so I go ask them is there a problem. They said they are labelling the order now.
Never coming back here again

This place is full of corruption including the HR there's not one single person in this place that cares about the employees. Quick to harass and threaten but never to help.

They get 1 star cause I'm forced to give them at least one star. They do not know what they are doing here. They are slow as all get out. They only use 2 doors for live unloads. Slow slow slow slow unload process here!

Contrary to all the negative comments, although my appointment time was 6 am in the morning, I arrived at 1 am night and they immediately took care of the unloading process within 20 minutes. 7/24 receiving service. Very professional and fast service.

By far the absolute worst place I've ever loaded or unloaded..
Expect to spend an entire day here while the employees look for new excuses as to why they can't get their job done..
I absolutely hate when I hear this is where I have to come, knowing the screw up that awaits me.
Is there any way to give negative stars on here ?

Clearly management don't care if they do they would read the reviews and make some changes I've seen trucks sitting here for hours and hours I personally spend here 7 hours some days. Hourly pay I don't care but for owner operator refuse these loads please once they know loads are costing them more they will do something to fix it if you keep working for cheap you will always be here sitting in line waiting for red and then a green light which some days it seems eternity
