I love this back especially the new branch the staff extremely friendly I like its simplicity let me deposit my money and let me use it when I need it.

The ATM at the new location is terrible you pull up and almost hit the gutter and then have to open your door to even reach it i have been with this bank for almost 10 years they need to put it somewhere else and there app the worst nothing but glitches always sorry we are having technical difficulties almost 25 years in the 21st century and a simple bank still can not figure it out yikes going to switch banks

The tellers and personal bankers I've had interactions with have been great but I wouldn't recommend this bank. I was added to my elderly mothers bank account to make sure her bills and needs were paid. My mom has since passed and I have no need to use this account. I actually forgot about it until I discovered i am being charged $8 a day in overdraft fees on this inactive account. Its absolutely ridiculous and honestly makes me furious. I wouldn't recommend this bank.
