I was searching for new insurance since our premium was going up substantially with our old carrier. Dave Bobo was AMAZING!!! He was patient as we adjusted the policies to meet our needs and did not try to "sell" me anything. He provided a quote and let us make the decision in our own time. I would recommend him to anyone. So pleased we are switching to American Family.

Bad agent they never answer the phone or return messages. You are better going wit another agent for service. I called them and left message that I needed to change my 0policy they did see I called and asked me who helped when I called back. But that is that issue no one helped me at all or returned my call I had to go thought the 1800 number again. On that day but never return my call and don't answerer the phone this is not the first time they have done this to me. It has happened several times worse agent I have ever worked with before it should not be that hard to get a hold of some one especially when you are calling during business hours

Just got signed up. No experience with how AF handles claims.... (hopefully never do!)
Getting signed up was as easy as insurance can be...
Stuart Broadhead (a Rockstar!) assisted me and answered all of my questions (extremely patient man as I had a lot) He listened and helped me understand what I "needed" to understand.
He helped me compare my current home/auto (line by line) with my current policy (another company) Saved 4k for the same homeowners coverage. Saved about $130.00 a month on our auto policy.
Based on my experience with Stuart.... and the $$ saved, I believe American Family is going to be a good decision for family.

I did a quote online and was not harassed by American Family with emails or phone calls. When I was ready I called them and David Bobo helped me set up my policy there were a few things I needed to add that weren’t on there site such as our travel trailer needed to be insured. David was so helpful and made sure I got the discounts also that weren’t on the site. My house coverage policy was the lowest he’s seen ever and he helped me keep it when the under writers wanted to raise it. I am happy I made the switch from my other carrier and would recommend them to anyone looking for a change. So far thumbs up for me.
