Our family's experiences with Ernesto and his team go back 3-4 years. He originally held a Farmers insurance franchise and insured our family for sometime. While with Farmers, numerous business interactions were handled out of the norm. One day out of no where he closed his office and all his clients were transferred to another office 35 miles away with no notice. For some, face-to-face interactions are key and having to drive a far distance was not conducive for business. Fast forward 2 years later, he comes back around and recruits us to his new Progressive insurance practice and we fell for it once again. After a year of service with his Progressive insurance office he once again transferred our services to another office that is out of the way without any verbal or written notice of this change. For my Spanish speaking parents, its crucial for their agent to speak their native language for ease of business and the new receiving agent and his office definitely do not offer said services.

Now imagine how many other Spanish only speaking clients are in the same boat. Do you think he cares? He didn't even take the time to inform anyone of our transfer once again. It's sad to see someone be unprofessional with said crucial business interactions, leaving those in need at risk and fending for themselves.

His wife Juanita is the Director of Planning and Client relations for his practice who "brings 20 years of experience in client relationships." She is responsible for all client interactions, especially crucial ones that have been neglected time and time again.

This man is not interested in his client's insurance well being and is only after the quick monetary return. From the looks of his new insurance endeavors and strategy, it appears that him and his team are only after leveraging and exploiting society's need for health insurance especially ones eligible for Medicare.

I hope that this review will be of benefit for any future insurance customers in need of coverage.
