I highly recommend Reimagine Resources for your exercise equipment needs! The first time I spoke to Julianna, she was so helpful and provided the best customer service! She followed up quickly on everything throughout the process, and showed eagerness to help with my home treadmill repair.

I also want to acknowledge that Karoly was prompt, and a very knowledgeable technician. He was training another employee in the repair process, but completed the service in a timely manner! He went above and beyond to make sure the equipment was properly cleaned and adjusted.

I'm just a customer with a malfunctioning elliptical - but the way I was treated you would have thought I we their best customer. Diagnostic call revealed the issue immediately - worked to get very fast delivery of the part and installation. Knew the costs throughout all stages. Outstanding service - and very nice people. Highly recommend.

Juliana and her team were fantastic to work with. She was responsive and very detailed in providing the information we needed to handle the removal of our treadmill. The team removed the equipment safely and without any damage bringing it up the stairs, through the house and outside. I highly recommend Juliana and her team for any projects needed, commercial or residential.

Juliana was amazing! By far the best experience buying equipment for our home gym! Communication was great and she even helped load the two machines we purchased and we had great conversation while loading the machines!
