UNACCEPTABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .

I'm working in this business for 8 years , and never had the satiation like this in my business carrier ever
We booked a load with JB HUNT , to pick it up from this location on Thursday and deliver it on Friday
My driver arrived on time at 1 PM to the shipper (shipping hours is 8-2 PM.)
The forklift driver just said "I'm tired , and I would not load you today"
He was so angry and rude to the driver .
But that's not drivers fault that he is tired . We all must be a professional
The JB Hunt broker Kyle Morgan
offered me to pick this load on Friday instead of Thursday , and delivered on Monday , and never offered any extra money for 4 days run instead of 1 day as supposed to be.
