Great service and great people! The team was really knowledgeable and helpful. One thing that always sticks out to me is when technicians give me a recommendation of what can be done, tell me the risks, and then give me an honest assessment for why they would (or would not) have the work performed if they were in my shoes. There was work we agreed was "nice to have" but not necessary. You can bet I'll be back to them when it is!!

The manager of Real Plumbers, Dave Warner took my.call to verify that there were no leakages contributing to an extraordinarily high water bill. Finding none, he did a complete review and assessment of the conditions of all water outlets in the house. I have been with Real Plumbers for 32 years and my first plumbing emergency resulted from a Water company faulty pipe line.. Dave Warner the pluming company manager personally took that call and advised on an open class action remedy, saving me much money. Ok when I say on point on point……called on a Saturday when they are normally closed. A few hours later I received a call back and immediately set up an appointment for Monday to fix a plumbing leak.
