My only complaint would be that I originally went to the office to co-sign a loan for my nephew, somehow through the process I became the applicant and he was the co-signer and that was never communicated to me. The amount was adjusted as well.

Other than that, Byron Shields was a joy to work with. He was polite and very patient with my nephew.
